Jamie Bates vs. Tommy King Preview, Rico Verhoeven Carries the Brits at GLORY 54

Jamie Bates vs. Tommy King is the first semi-final of the GLORY 54 welterweight tournament in what will be a clash between two British kickboxers; the event is headlined by Rico Verhoeven vs. Mladen Brestovac rematch and British sports journalist, Andreas Georgiou and K1ANOOP preview this much anticipated clash of styles.

The winner of Jamie Bates vs Tommy King will face the winner of, Mark Timms vs. Dawid Blaszke of the second semi-final on the night in the tournament final at GLORY 54 Birmingham.

The British fighters generally could do with much bigger names fights across all three fight cards at GLORY 54 Birmingham and it could be argued that GLORY heavyweight champion, Rico Verhoeven’s presence on the night, carries the Brits at GLORY 54 but do not underestimate the British kickboxing talent on display on June 2 at the Genting Arena.

Why K1ANOOP Stopped Podcasting

A rant explaining why K1ANOOP stopped podcasting and the future beyond simply being a kickboxing podcast (The K1Anoop Show), with stronger moves via YouTube and Facebook moving forward; and much more in the modern day of a kickboxing/combat sports content creator.

Why? Well, it would seem that not everyone was aware that I had stopped podcasting (a good few months ago) since  returning to YouTube last week.

So, hopefully this helps to clear up any misunderstands that others may have had that recently came to my attention from a few fans/followers/subscribers of K1ANOOP. If a few people had the same or very similar questions then undoubtedly more of you may very well of too. After all, communication is key.

Andrew Tate Mocks Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) & Transgenders | The K1Anoop Show

Andrew Tate is a multiple world kickboxing champion who, has recently been (and still is) making controversial comments on social media about: depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and mocking transgenders.

Tate is no stranger to controversy especially for tweeting his strong opinions on Twitter; and on this occasion, not only was he reported by national news outlets (again); he also received mass condemnation (and surprising support) for offending countless people about sexual/gender identity and mental health issues which, we cover on this episode of, The K1Anoop Show.

Not long before the former Enfusion Live champion was embroiled in another national scandal, Tate had announced on Facebook (but the post is no longer available) that he would be making a return to kickboxing in December 2017; and that further details would follow once negotiations had progressed.

“Cobra Tate” had also confirmed via social media that he had recently returned to training and sparring in-preparation for another comeback. Tate last fought and lost his Enfusion world title by TKO against, Ibrahim El Boustati at Enfusion Live 44. It will be interesting to see if and when a return date to the ring is confirmed in the near future and if it could possibly be a rematch with El Boustati for the 90kg Enfusion championship.
