This is the first vlog of what will be a daily vlog series that will last one whole year, documenting how K1ANOOP battles PTSD and achieves weight-loss, having been 111.5kg in May 2018 before staring the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting when weighing himself in his first week back into training (and now starts vlogging this journey from week three onwards).
