Caged Muay Thai 10 Roundup and Results: John Wayne Parr vs. James Heelan

K1ANOOP has the Caged Muay Thai 10 (CMT 10) results for the John Wayne Parr vs. James Heelan fight card on August 4, 2017 at the Logan Metro Sports Centre in Australia.

In the main event, Australian Muay Thai legend, John Wayne Parr (JWP) clashed with Irish Thaiboxer, James Heelan for the Caged Muay Thai (CMT) middleweight title. JWP would be triumph taking the decision and the title but not without being a tough challenge and souvenir to remember the epic battle by Heelan’s elbows.


Whilst New Zealand’s Chris Wells was crowned CMT lightweight champion by stopping, Ghot Seur Noi in the second round of the CMT 10 co-main event.

Another Irish fighter was involved in another CMT 10 title-fight on the night. Sean Clancy would win his rematch with Matty Bune from a fourth round stoppage. The two had previously fought one another at CMT 7 with Clancy winning their initial fight by decision.

Branton Termine would win the fourth CMT title that was on the line at CMT 10 after going the distance against, Callum Nadin-Mason, to be awarded with an unanimous decision by the judges.
