Tenshin Nasukawa vs. Kizaemon Saiga was a mixed rules fight in the first round of the Rizin World Grand Prix 2017 over the weekend in Japan at the Saitama Super Arena on July 30, 2017. The fight would allow for two rounds that were five minutes each but the first round would be a kickboxing only rule base, whilst the second would be MMA.
Saiga is a K-1 veteran now MMA fighter whilst Tenshin is an 18 year old Japanese kickboxing superstar with a rapidly growing profile for his awesome fighting abilities in the ring. The teenager has had over 100 kickboxing fights and has only lost a handful of those when he was still an a amateur; and has recently started fighting MMA (winning his first three MMA bouts).
